Just a demos (or as you called that 'p-rec demos'). The thing about replays which you talk about (at least I guess you're) are free look and thrid person views. Look for Lawena Recording Tool and Demo smoothing for tf2 tutorials at yt. Gl ;)

ThaZu you are the best sniper I've ever seen! If you were asking yourself"Should I stop playing tf2" here is my answer...NO.(I am saying this,cos i had a friend who have mastered the game,then he stopped playing TF2).Your sniper montages motivate me.
