Please read the announcement on why the Throwback Fortress project is put on hold before asking why is the server different.

Server might need to be updated, because I tried joining just now, but it told me it's "running on an older version of the game." Just my luck. -_-

Yeah, im not from US, that can explain high ping. But your words "weapons limit", am i said something about weapons limit? I said about not supports inventory and have class limit.

I haven't seen any servers with weapon limits and the high ping I'm gonna take a guess that those servers you mentioned are NOT from the US.

I dont see any pluses of that server. There are tons of TF2 server, which dont support inventory and have a class limit.
But this server i noticed only high ping...
