Doing a classic run through of HL2, Makes me miss the old days running this server with Diablo. Still gotta beat Half Life Alyx lol

A lot of the old crew is still active. I'm sure you'll have luck getting into contact with them. It's good to hear from old crew members, sour or not.

hello 2018 boys and girls, it's 4 years later... We had some goodish times back ye olden days, depending on who you were. Although if I'm being completely honest it was a total clownfest outside of late night server hours.

I'm willing to bet now that all members are older and presumably wiser we'd probably have a generally better RP experience if we decided to get back in it.

But some of you then were my age now so i'm not gonna hold my breath.
Honestly wish i had things more positive to say but honesty is something I value alot nowadays.

I did have a good time those 4 years ago though, so maybe it would be nice to relive some of those days for nostalgias sake.
Hope i wasn't too sour, happy days those who may be reading.

More active than I would have thought, though. Dead, yes. But it lives on in our minds still, apparently. Reunion will most likely take place during the summer either with or without me. Depending on my work schedule.

Also, keep in mind this is ONE MONTH. Its a short time. So don't expect to get too invested in this if you do plan on joining. This is going to be a short lived server, I want as many people to play and go as far as they can with as little characters in just one month. The best part is that it consists of people we all know. If some people can't make it, or don't want too, no hard feelings. It's like a highscool reunion. If you don't come its not like we assume you hate us or something. Go do what you want to do, don't feel left out as if you are not a crew member any longer. Just because you aren't with us at the reunion doesn't mean you aren't with us.

There is no one forcing you to join. This is mearly for those who have longed for this type of thing, and who are able to participate. Currently we haven't even reached the amount of people I would want for this event, so its not even in my schedule at the moment.

So I had two major issues with this. Redwill or Willy299 has been my friend for a long time and we have always played HL2RP together, like a collective. So, when I think about joining or re-joining a HL2RP server I remember how much is damaged our relationship in the past. Diablo and Mahunik, I became good friends with you and I apprecaited that, I am not sure if I would be willing to rejoin though just for the sake of possibly losing one of my best friends like I almost did last time.

If I knew most of the people would be down to play, I would host a server for a month as an anniversary/reunion type of thing. Seems like a fun time, and also a good way to revist some old friends. If we did this I would highly suggest starting over. Possibly remain in C18, but with new characters. It would take too long to get everything right and go back in time, or start off where we left off. Or take what we are doing now and move it into a new server. But, like I said. If I knew MOST people from TC were down for it, I would re-open an HL2RP server for a month, all bans lifted, new characters, new stories, and if the story we end off with is good enough that someone wants to continue it, Ill give the server to that person. Other wise, it's just an offer.

Miss the old C18, C8 days back on SoTA and the begining of TC. Never had been a super admin of an actual community until here. Honestly wish there could be a throw back with all the same people
