StarHub TF2Pickup Server Updates

The information here applies to the following 2 servers.

[SG] StarHub TeamFortress 2 #7 [tf2pickup Match Server] - 202.156.3.185:27016
[SG] StarHub TeamFortress 2 #8 [tf2pickup Match Server] - 202.156.3.185:27017

1. Server Config

The servers are now running config that closely matches CEVO TF2 league cvars. The only discrepancies in cvar from CEVO servers are those that conflicts against Valve's locked cvars policy and cvars that the local clans cannot comply due to lack of discipline.

2. Competition Maps

The following 2 competition maps (ctf_mach4 and cp_junction_v2) are now available for use on the servers. As usual, votemap in global chat to change map.

3. SourceTV

SourceTV is now available for Server 8. The actual 20 slots SourceTV server is located at :

StarHub TF2:SourceTV - 202.156.3.186:27022

Please give priority to official clan matches on Server 8. For pickup scrims and practices, kindly use Server 7.

SourceTV master recording will not be provided. Kindly get your own demo recorders to record off the SourceTV server.

StarHub TF2 Server Updates

Using a temporary fix on StarHub TF2 servers to work around a bug in the current TF2 patch. Hope it will help lessen the number of crashes till Valve releases a proper fix for the server.

If you still experience server crashes, kindly leave information on regarding the server and time of crash in the tf2pickup chatroom.

1. The current TF2 patch from Valve is causing TF2 servers everywhere to crash randomly. The StarHub servers will be patched as soon as Valve releases a fix for the bug..

2. Gravelpit4ever+FastRespawns is no more. The level of interest in gravelpit4ever is rather lacking and as such, not justified to keep the server running in gravelpit4ever. It now runs badlands4ever+FastRespawns instead.

This is for those of you who've asked for it. StarHub Singapore TF2 Server #4 is now a gravelpit4ever server with fast respawns.

As always, fastrespawn might or might not work out for this map. Kindly leave any feedbacks or issues in steam community tf2pickup chatroom.
