The only thing I'm doing at this point is boycotting any of that microtransaction ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ by not buying anything in the Mann Co. store. That's how they make their simoleons rather than charging people to buy the game, so it's the best thing you can do. Or really, the only thing you can do.

@Portal888 An "Unusual Haunted Metal Scrap" does not count as an unusual. Portal888, we hate you too. All you had to do was download this game and buy something toget premium. Us on the other hand had to buy the game for $20, and all we get is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ hat (yes, it is ♥♥♥♥♥♥, who wants to wear a gay-ass brodie helmet?. If you hate being called a F2P noob, why don't you get off TF2 and go back to WoW or something?

Our Steam forums were defaced on the evening of Sunday, November 6. We began investigating and found that the intrusion goes beyond the Steam forums.
We learned that intruders obtained access to a Steam database in addition to the forums. This database contained information including user names, hashed and salted passwords, game purchases, email addresses, billing addresses and encrypted credit card information. We do not have evidence that encrypted credit card numbers or personally identifying information were taken by the intruders, or that the protection on credit card numbers or passwords was cracked. We are still investigating.
We don’t have evidence of credit card misuse at this time. Nonetheless you should watch your credit card activity and statements closely.
While we only know of a few forum accounts that have been compromised, all forum users will be required to change their passwords the next time they login.

I am disappointed with the fact that all of my favorite servers are always full, and that a guy can basically get the same tf2 I have for $1, and I payed $20 for it, and all I have to show for it is a dumbass hat. I want both f2p server restrictions and more stuff for my money!

Valve, give us our money or give us tf2 items. Not just crappy hat. Give us about 10 keys or something like that. F2p sucks. I didnt bought this game for 15 euros to look how his game becomes f2p.

But i do have to agree that my friends who didn't want to pay $20 can now be owned by me. That's about the only reason i somewhat agree with this.

With this new "improvement", people who paid also have to deal with server crashes and in-game overloads. I can't even connect to servers because they are all to busy, and i know why. TF2 Population before Uber Update-> around 5k. Tf2 population after Uber Update -> over 20k. Think that may have something to do with the server crashes?

I agree with F2P but I don't agree at all with the way this was made. It could be better if Valve uses their own servers for the F2P players.
