I don't seem to be able to use the weapons... I was on BLU and my opponent on RED had access to them, it persisted through restarts and map changes, I don't understand why this is happening

I feel like touhou characters' rage ability should be renamed to "Spell Card" instead of just rage, it'd be a simple change, but it may make touhou characters feel more "touhou"-like :D
