Fixed the ghosts, removed the cows plugin, and goomba is fixed. Also cleaned up the servers configs and turned off less spam messages. Anything else?

Hey Keith, fix your ♥♥♥♥♥♥ plugins. The ghosts look bad, I'm shooting ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ giant hitbox cows instead of rockets, and goomba stomps instant kill.
