Hence negating your childish attack of Scotty's understanding of culture and reversing your jovial accusation of ignorance upon yourself. Communism by definition can not rise from nationalism. However, with any form of government it can be infected with such, recommended reading: The Communist Manifesto... Perhaps substiture totalitarian for anarchist as well, anarchism is defined as an utopian self government, not the stigma attached in the early 20th century anti-anarchist propaganda, recommended reading: Webster's Dictionary...

Extreme Nationalism can form any number of things from Radical Communism to Fascist Governments who seize power. In some cases it can refer to the building of a rebellious province and the beginning of an anarchist state, or a state such as North Korea where all your actions are monitored 24/7. That is the true terror of extreme radicalism or nationalism.
