Bought Halo 2 for Vista. It doesn't even recognise Windows' 'Swap Mouse Buttons' option, and there are no true left-handed control configs.

So, I decided to set this group up to rant at game companies who don't consider the needs of the few. A bit like Robbin Hood did.
