Well, it's back up but with old version of software (3.x) so we can't connect. Also, I was looking at the server statistics. 91% up rate. That basically means it's down a little over a month every year. Wonder where the problems lay?

And now we are on Ver 4.x client. Hope when server comes back up, it also will be Ver 4.

Up for awhile, now down again. Bummer is that I had a few friends I wanted to introduce to the game. They would create players, land on Akua, I would be there to help them get used to how the game was played, then take them to the developed base on Dalos. No can do. Kind of a downer for the free time we had this evening.

I was seeing some really weird black boxes two days ago. Yesterday it appeared to be down. Looks like it is still down. :(

Server not showing up on Multiplayer list today. Hope all is OK?

In the above example I could not find my CV so I committed suicide and respawned next to my CV. I jet packed over and boarded my CV. My SV DID show up on the map so I flew around the planet and picked up my SV (with backpack) and warped back to home planet.

Another anomaly.. You are in orbit around planet with your base. You descend to planet. Your base is NOT on map. You find base using landmarks. You land on base and now base appears on map.

Server updated; people are connecting again. Nice. However, there appears to be some strange behavior in this latest patch and it involves the radar map in upper right corner of screen. If you leave one playfield for another then return, your objects are not showing up on radar map until you physically touch them (for example, SV leaving CV while in orbit, fly to planet, fly back to orbit, CV NOT on Map. You fly SV around searching until you actually see CV. Dock on CV and now everything shows up on radar)

Hope Stille is alright. Server version has been out of date for a few days now. One of the very few remaining still running the old 3.4.1 software. No one can connect. Bummer.

I don't know how far the Dev's have progressed on this issue but I've noticed that plants no longer grow when I'm logged out. My understanding is that everything will be 'paused' including fuel consumption. Now, how this will be handled in a PvP environment with/without offline protection, I don't know. I mean, turrets should still be active to protect your assets even though you aren't logged in. Of course, with the current client version mismatch with the server version and nobody can login, nobody is going to be around to raid anything.

So if no ones online my base/ship can't run out of power to get raided when you eventually update the server right?

Wow.... version mismatch again. Can't login. Bummer. Steam automatically updates our clients but doesn't do the same for the server. I'm going into withdrawal. LOL

Server rebooted and I lost an expensive item in my factory. Is there any chance I can get that back or anything?

I can not find the subthread "server problems" so I'm posting here. Lost contact with playfield server Andromeda Rising while on Aestus (approx 3:30 am EST, Wed 14 Sep.). Logout/in and was on Akua with nothing. Subsequent logout/in still puts me on Akua with nothing. Can you help?

If anyone needs something on the server don't be afraid to add me as a friend and start a convo with me. If I am logged into steam I will 90% of the time be on my computer than doing something and will get to you asap.
