Ok, ill look into the idea of refilling a enclave after the last owner died.
There should be several triggers there already.
When one of them dies they drop a rugsack, but that's shared with all playable characters.
Secondly when the last one dies it triggers their stash to dissapear. it reverts the enclave back to a (empty) lootable building. so thats what we should look for and change.

Btw expelled community members also set up their own enclave ^_^

Most things suggested can be done 100% and modding for this game has a pretty low learning curve for those who grasp the basics of functions and scripting formats.
So yes let's keep putting ideas in here

ok how about if another survivor group gets wiped out that house has stuff in it, makes sense cause those little buggers been scavenging. (wish Steam had spellingcheck.)

Heres an idea for refilling recourses.
Once you looted a building and took it all out instead of showing that icon on the map that tells you theres nothing left it goes unexplored again. so the unexplored houses might contain stuff or they might be empty, you dont know.

and every 1 or 2 days 1 or 2 depleted buildings get some loot again, but youll have to search for it.

i did manage to import most stuff including textures.
Regarding SketchUp
The only reason i couldnt import the Church with textures was cause the SDK exported it without them.
But i get most objects to work dispite the geometrical errors in this game's model.

I'll keep updating my list with modding tools, so you can add whatever you see fit to your masterlist.
PS: im using SketchUp 8

its a tutorial for Cryengine 3 it has all the plugins needed.
Read trough it quickly cause i now most of the stuff asside from exporting, but i assume only static stuff can be exported obviously. great for level design and modification.
[EDIT] working on importing the game's models now, so far i only managed to import them without textures, but ill fine a way :-)
