I don't think you can change the combinations, but you can change the base keys. Just click on a command in the key map. Execute and Shove are just one key, so not sure what you mean by combination.

The screamers are very connected to the infection mechanic. I've seen them head towards a house and soon the house was infected. So, you'd have to eliminate both.
