Deep Silver announced that Saints Row: The Third has been completely remastered and will release on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on May 22, 2020. The game was originally released for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC in November of 2011.

Every weapon has been remodeled, every car has been redesigned and a vast proportion of the city has been retextured. With around 4,000 assets reworked, the complete update has been handled by Sperasoft. It has transformed environments, character models and visual effects, enhanced graphics and incorporated a new lighting engine.

Unfortunately for steam users Deep Silver maintains its apparent Epic-first policy, with a 12 month Epic Games exclusivity period for Saints Row The Third Remastered.
