i have exactly $0.38 usd in my steam account. i have no idea how i received these 38 cents, and can't find anything in my purchase history that justifies this. it's been like this for months now. honestly? i'm terrified. there's nothing i hate more than waking up every morning in a cold sweat remembering that it's there. those ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ 38 cents that i can't spend on anything. one time, i spent exactly 38 hours looking for anything i might've missed in my transaction history. yet there was nothing. it just appeared on 3/8/18. it's been like this ever since. i've been added funds to my account to try and spend them. no matter what i buy, it always returned to that exact value. you think i'm playing around? take a look for yourself.
