actually, I set them to High. changing from low to medium didn't fix it.

Robedias solved the problem by going into Options and setting his Model Quality to MEDIUM instead of LOW.

Just put the smarcade2 folder into your Steam/steamapps/sourcemods folder and restart steam to install. Workin on a tutorial video for how to use it now.
