yeah just to be clear this server has been closed for almost 2 or 3 years if there is enough interest a revival can be arranged but im not sure we have the comunity for it anymore but i can always build it back

I'm pretty sure it's sandbox. I don't really play with scripted cars anymore though, I've moved on to ACF. So that's just my best guess.
