Hi. Played TFC since '01 - and frankly, I'm glad there's a new community being built from the ground up...I have a huge group of around 700 members and I could help out with filling the server.I'd love to see this place become the next GC (in terms of players, not server politics...)!

damn.. i just got a respond from the site about my Q.. they said it cannot be activated well on another server coz (and im quoting what he said), "The map needs a plugin for the map, which calculate the ball physics and if you have scored. We have some people in the past who asked about the plugin. We said no to them."

so its a 'no' on this map. but we can settle on ukfooie.

look, i find it much easier to look up some normal ctf maps that doesnt need any other files besides the bsp file, and i got alot of good ctf plus some more fun maps like axlfly and rats style.. so i may give u another pack soon.

anyway i redownload all the files and frapped the video to see exactly which files im dling for this map.. unfortunately the only files i had to dl was the 3 sound files that i gave u and the main bsp file.. nothing besides that. i think that its the fact that this map is dedicated to this server, therefor we cannot use them anywhere else (we need special files from fm server or something).

Besides all that, i've posted a thread on their site www.feckin-mad.co.uk and i asked there which files i need in order to play it properly (i did that b4 my personal check.. still waiting for replies).

I think u'll see better this issue by going yrself to the server and nominating this map (fm_football_dev), and take a look of which files u need.. u may succeed where i failed.

Advanced Bans (Real Time) by Exolent has been added to the server. This plugin revamps the current amx_ban, amx_banip, amx_banid, amx_unban admin commands. It will monitor all ban history (admins banning, unbanning, and when ban times are up). Should be great for keeping track of everything.

I assume those maps arent just 1 bps file, so do u know any way that i can check which files i also need to give u?
I have a small idea that might work, but its very very tricky and takes time (those maps worth it tho) .
I have another steam account, so i can re-dl the maps (and all the other included files) from their original servers, not just fm, unfortunately. while dl'ing the files, ima use fraps in order to record the download, so i can see which files i need to give u (im recording coz the file dling may be fast). after i'll do it in all of the maps, or at least some of them, i'll know the files u gonna need and i'll resend them to u.

it may take time, so if u have a better way to make it work, please tell me so i wont do it for nothing.
PS - i have enough experience with 'alternative' ways of getting what i want.

I know you uploaded it. I just want to make sure it has all files, perhaps its a map that just requires the .bsp file. Ill download it in a few add it to server in about an hour. For now its beer-thirty. :)

i made it on MU coz i have premium there.. but if u want, i can make it on RapidShare. and about the 'temporarily unavailable', its prolly due to rush hours .. try to DL again in the night or.. early in the morning.. or idono.. (different time anyway)

Blacky, megaupload says the file is temp. unavailable. Is there another link that has all the files I need? If so, please locate it, as I dont want to upload a map without all configs, wads, etc...THANKS!

when i went 'create game' on tfc and picked this map, i saw that the ball is missing, its somehow only apprears on the fm server, i may need to give more files for it to work..

as for the football map i asked for, its name is probably 'fm_football_dev' and if not, it needs to be 'sockie_ftm'. the map is dedicated to a server called feckin mad (fm), they have a site www.feckin-mad.co.uk
its a fun server with lots of funny map, u should get some ideas from there.

meanwhile ima go this server and try nominating fm_football_dev and play it, to make sure its the 1 im talking baout..

Fixed server. Its up and running now. Thanks for letting me know about maps that are not working correctly. Ill do my best to get at it quick. Going to add plugins tomorrow. Getting our way to 100% server status. :D

How do I connect to an IP? I can't find the right field in TFC.
