Ozy stood up for what is right on Deep Gaming 2.

It's been a while since I've been handing out promotions.

While some of you are up far away, enjoying another game or making career or continue the game still today - it is without doubt that the gold and silver medals earned in Scorpion Unit reflect achievements that stay with time.

Myself, I do not play Gmod - not since 2 years ago marking since this month; Mostly playing Darkest Hour: 44-45 as known by many, however - I still enjoying bringing the accumulated metas to those who wish to run something similar that we've done in the past.

As for the promotions. Here are the following candidates.


Bartholomew Bongo: Bongo picked off what was left of Donald Reagan's Logistics back in 2024, keeping it alive even til' this year. Though his major contribution has been in being able to make his own F6 group capable to summon players into mercenary tasks similar to Scorpion Unit's practices. For his constant activity and achievement of running a healthy mercenary group he is awarded the SU gold.

Anton Slavik: Slavik has been a helping hand throughout 2024 to even this day with his group heavily inspired from Command & Conquer, similar origin as to the theme of Scorpion Unit. Slavik has offered through his F6, Tiberium Laboratories, a unique group experience, being heavily dedicated to the hard to roleplay class known as CWU. Able to run policies in the community to foster experiences not available before on other impulse communities and a huge raiser of funds for Scorpion Unit operations.

Muhammed Bin Willard: A delayed role, Bin Willard picked up back in 2023 what was left of OnlyCans, forming among other legends the group known as Wu-Tang which managed to finalize the shotcop grind to it's end game on the then known impulse gamemode which was for it's time hardcore. For this he is awarded gold.


John Wahsonn: Despite with an origin from then rivaling SU group, The Federal Army. Wahsonn reached out interested to help out in forming the Donald Reagan's logistics in 2024 and to this day acts as a significant contributor in getting resources, tokens and knowledge of the ins- and out of impulse I could not have fathomed. To this day of earning the SU silver, Wahsonn has been of huge help in forming the Pinnacle Trading Company, acting as one of it's founders.

Anton Kupchenko: Originally a rival in the times of Donald Reagan's Logistics with his Gründer Industries on Deep Gaming. Kupchenko showed diligence in producing resources and providing them to highstake clients which eventually lead to a coopetition and eventual joining of arms for the Pinnacle Trading Company where he stands as one of the founders. For this, he is awarded SU silver.

Kush Johnson: A neglected promotion put into fruition. Kush Johnson brought great joy through his CS 1.6 like content which captured the spirit of the times in Roots and Wu-Tang and brought great shenanigans to DH even. To this day, we await for the Kush Johnson skibidi toilet and upcoming movie for the next year, and the year after and after.

Joe Szpilman: Sinclair used to be a significant mercenary back in the Scorpion Unit V4, serving as a reliable member who was able to follow orders without a questions notice during raids. Today Szpilman has found interest in the much beloved game of Darkest Hour 44-45' where I met them once again acting as a sergeant for a clan known as the MERCs. While highly thematic to the Scorpion Unit lore, seeing a member of SU enjoying the Darkest Hour which was otherwise known as a RDM plot on Impulse has brought the comfort of having a competent member in another game.


While these promotions are handed out irregularly, there may be more chances for promotions. Scorpion Unit has more or less turned into a society of competent players who's membership is renowned with the lore.

Regarding the qualifications between gold and silver. Gold is mainly awarded to members who have the capability and been witnessed to be capable of operating as chief for a quality F6 which maintain the standards of our past and future.

Silver is awarded to those who qualify as being reliable group lieutenants, they could be compared to being reliable executives in the crafts of leading raids such as raid captains, or excelling in managerial tasks such as administration of a group as middle management.

I hope that our members see these promotions as earned, as the purpose of these promotions are to recommend what tier of tasks each player is capable of if you'd meet other's from Scorpion Unit and work together.

It's been a while since I've announced stuff on this group.

I'd like to announce that I've been running a group on Pinnacle Gaming that has taken the role of being a private limited liability company.

What does this jargong mean?

It means that it is a company with a shared ownership between investors who are investing on mercenaries to commit raids on behalf of the company to generate elite gear (as the usual).

What differs is the scale and seamlessness.

We have an authorized capital of around ~200,000c

This group in question does not run by the name of Scorpion Unit. As operation such as these are prepared carefully until they reach maturity.

What this group can offer you are the convenience of payments leading to a raid with the aim of no expenses to you when you commit a raid.

We have thus far been made official, we have a board of directors managing the operations of the investment ops - and an already established mercenary group who is being contracted by our investment ops.

On Deep Gaming, James Leon (simonjan78) has successfully formed an operational and active rebel group under the name of United Peacekeepers.

The purpose of the group is to provide new players with all necessary resources, knowledge and training to speedrun them to the edge of shotcopping gameplay, through best practice methods.

As the group achieved the visionary goal of summoning a 6 man operation, excluding the group's founder. James Leon has been awarded the golden badge in the Scorpion Unit steam group which signifies the ability to operate well one's own independent group.

Scorpion Unit has phased through it's initial ownership ingame over to Novarra Cartel after Gen 1-4 leadership have gone inactive.
