i wanna play sui ~
P.S Thanks For The Great Tips And Tricks Sarius
I understand if making KF videos isn't your main priority
Hope to see you soon ^-^
If you place your first Hunting Shotgun alt-fire and the three grenades perfect (very rare though), the 6p Fleshpound will die right away, after the grenades explode. Second, you don't have to switch to another shotgun after tossing the two grenades, even though the additional damage will almost guaranty you a perfect kill. Usually the second double barrel will be enough to finish him off. The reason I wouln't do that is because if your secondary shotgun is like a HSG-1 or AA12 and your mag is empty, you'll get caught into a reload which will cause you very likely to get wrecked
Also, like Sarius said, SIRENS. D: I can't stress that enough. I guess everyone will agree that Support Specialists get trolled by sirens SO MANY FKKN TIMES, that it's not even funny :3
Rock on \m/
Well, hope that helps you out broski. Sorry for the long wall of text. If I have some time (been super busy and sick lately to make any videos), maybe I can post some semblance of a speedkill that can help you see this visually.
Appreciate your suggestions guys. Please keep them coming. Rock steady \m/
1. Sirens are often found directly BEHIND the fleshpound, and their screams will -completely- destroy any and all nades and explosives. This is no bueno for the Support's Speedkill Technique, in which 80% of the damage is amassed from the grenade damage! (Fleshpounds have a serious weakness to explosives... ya know?)
2. Sometimes the nades can glitch out and you can probably blow yourself to hell. With the new patch which brings about increased weapon pricing for Tier 2 - Tier 3 weaponry, a death on the team during an HoE match can be disastrous in the long run--especially if you have multiple friendlies who go down in a single round....
(Part Four Coming)
1. Throw a nade at the Fleshpound's Feet.
2. Immediately Aim for Center Mass and Use Your Alternative Shot (Double Hunting Shotgun blast!)
3. -IMMEDIATELY- Toss two more nades at the Fleshpounds feet while backpeddling.
4. Switch to a Regular Shotgun and fire at least 3 rounds into the Fleshpound. Be Prepared to Switch back to the Hunting Shotgun to reload it FAST!
5. The nades will explode at the FP's feet. Then take your Hunting Shotgun back out and prepare to double shot it into oblivion. I would probably hold your fire until the fleshpound is within 5 meters or so of your position. This usually will guarantee a swift death.
(Part Three Coming)
Hrm. I'll try to explain this the easiest way through typing... but I feel that sometimes the best way would be to show it through demonstration.
I think one of the recent KF patches changed the Scrakes' hitboxes slightly, so speedkilling them might be different than how I last remembered; however...
For Fleshpounds, you likely will want to have a full stock of nades.
The way I learned was to equip the Hunting Shotgun.
