Got banned maybe 30-40 minutes ago for running around this has to be some mistake right ? Please fix this

admin, i was banned about 26 hours ago. my friend said i was autobanned for trying to cheat on server. but i havent used hack. i just shot MiaYo(player)'s head with mp5, and banned. please unban me

i saw dnd4431 superjumping on the large wood storage box(someone had bulit) on the building of rad town.
as a friend of dnd4431, I know he absolutely not intended to act like hacker. i swear.

The scripts that autoban players for Super jumping do not make mistakes. It does not detect box jump, gate jump or even the 1 story jump glitch. You were banned for hacking and the ban will not be lifted.

i was banned for trying to superjumping
but i didn't intend to cheating...
and i've not known the presence of superjumping by the time i superjumped.
please unban me..
i've been playing interestingly in this server with my friend,and i just want to keep playing on...
And anti superjump system is not good for players.
probably there're many players banned because of this not so inflexible program.
anyway, i didn't intend it, please give me chance to play on good server

Why is this server a K/D based ban system? If your half decent at the game you get banned from this server. People are getting banned left and right. Some actual hackers some just plain good players.

ahm i just got banned for no reason? i got esp banned although i haven't got any hacks the only reason it could have been triggered is cause of lag since i was getting 160 ping at the time and everyone was slightly jumpy - the only reason im posting here is cause no admins online.

Any admins online? Bc they're a bunch of hackers outside of my base tp to me when you can and just stay invis and watch the got aimbot esp and can shoot through walls i need help and these guys need to be banned Mc-Daddy is filming right now
