hey, what the, where did the leg it event go?

I havent lost interest!!

just approaching exams like you said

I started 3 or 4 Leg It servers in the last few weeks and each time only 5 or 6 group members joined before we had to rely on randoms. I think either people are playing newer games, have lost interest in Leg It or are busy with end of semester/end of year exams and dont have as much time to game. Personally, i mainly get time to game during the day which is when few Leg It members are online. Hopefully, L4D2 uncut will be allowed in Aus and reignite Leg It interest.

im so bored hasnt been much legit games recently

Just finished playing on the 8v8 server with 12+ people from the leg it group. We will probably need to review the leg it rules because of the chaos that 8v8 is. Plus, randoms often fill up the final spots which can make following the leg it rules difficult however it was still kick ass. Thanks to all who played.

If they were good at their jobs (and they do seem to be for the most part) they would enable a server side variable to turn it on or off..... We get shafted cause they want to give absolute nubs an easy game. grrr. Oh well, time to Leg It :P

ArchAngel - Totally agree but its probably because L4D is aimed at helping the survivors cause no noob wants to get constantly pwned by the special. By allowing melee spam, survivor stacking, smoker autoaim tongue etc it makes the game easier for nubs to play rather than them uninstalling L4D due to high difficulty or constant pwnage.

To stop the corner stacking, (not that we can do that with the Leg It rules) why doesn't Valve just make it so the players can't clip???? As far as I can tell, the infected can't clip each other, so why do they have the survivors doing it?

When i was made 100th member, i was offered a prize for becoming, said 100th member, which happaned to be that i could have, eh, "CyberSex" with any member of the group.

I was just windering if i could trade this in for any kind of monertary value, or what have you.

CrunchyJelly - Made it to the safe room with near full health on DA#3.

yllaS - Survived until well into the 1st tank on DA #5 - Possibly the best finale last stand so far!

Big thanks to all the players who participated in the Leg It server that lasted more than 4 hours 16/7/09. Starting at around 5:30, i played until 9:30 during which all maps were played 2 times each and when i left the server was still going strong. Welcome to any new members from that game!
