Information such as that is best kept under wraps for more or less obvious reasons and the most logical approach with regards to its disclosure is for it to be inspected strictly under a "need-to-know basis" policy, as public opinion has no place nor competence at stake here.

But let's just say that the "conclusions" vary from bad to horrible, in his case at least, with little to no gray matter showing any sort of presence whatsoever. I'd say that him and his buddies, for the past few weeks, were an interesting case study, but I'd be lying, as there was almost no acumen nor intellect or comprehension to be found in any of the aforementioned people within this specific social experiment.

Regardless, I am now needed elsewhere and will therefore shift my focus on more pressing matters while this chronicle will shortly be transitioning into the hands of someone very capable of determining rule breaches and their appropriate punishments.

You misunderstand yet again. The person in question, who is being held under scrutiny for good reason, is not someone I will ever care about. Their conduct however, alongside things like properly following the rules, is something of rather great importance to many.

Therefore, from time to time, reality checks must be introduced in circumstances such as this one, to prevent people like him from constantly being a nuisance, among other things.

And no, behavioral checks are not "strange", but rather, they help in determining someone's cognitive capacity and skills (or lack thereof) in the pursuit of better understanding how to approach different situations.

It's strange that you're checking the behavior of a people you don't care about. Keeping everyone under control is not the solution to the problem, in our case. The best thing you can do is leave GirlsRuleInternet101 alone, away from moralizing and teaching lessons.

Last time I checked, you don't spam Steam threads constantly like a 15-year-old while at the same time playing the victim card, nor do you act like a child who loves to break Steam's TOS with off-topic junk comments for no damn good reason.

Also, as I've stated before, not only do I not have any quarrel with you, but you're also completely miscalculating and implicitly overestimating your importance to people like me. There's the "small fry" and then there are kids who need to be taught lessons. Don't confuse the two.
