Roamn, I'm sorry to be the party pooper, but I don't think anyone cares about L4D2 anymore. People have moved on. So even investing 5 minutes of their time into it is too much, no matter how much you would like to play again.
That said, if you do manage to set it up, I'd play a couple of rounds :D Good luck!
