You could just ask that one guy for his, how he made it, give him credit for it, and release it to the public, because if he can do it so can you. Just ask him for his, he might give it. I'm not sure.

I do not have a model. The model you are referencing to is untextured and thus unusable.
I have looked extensively and have found no free to use well detailed textured models for Kylo Ren's hilt.
