There is no shame in being who you currently are. People change it’s an inevitable part of life, as children we just don’t really think about the bad or more serious parts of life that will come in the future. A lot of people (including myself) go through this, but like I said it should never be anything to be ashamed of. One of the most difficult things in life is learning to accept yourself and it’s not just something most people can do overnight. As for you having no motivation to have your friends or be on steam anymore then the best thing I can say is…don’t, if you don’t want to be part of the community or play video games anymore for that matter then no one is forcing you to do so. As a final note I will say this, your life is yours to control but you can’t force yourself to feel specific emotions but at the same time you can’t pretend other emotions you have don’t exist.
