New Licensed Officially supported PERP Classic style

I would like to make a announcement about a new officially licensed Perp Server named Simplest Gaming PERP. PERP Classic style. I'm announcing this for anyone concerned if their server is authorized to run the Perp Gamemod and I wanted to set the record straight here and now for anyone wondering.

SimplestGaming.com as of now is fully authorized to host and run a Garry's Mod Pulsar Effect Roleplay Server. They are a completely separate entity from Hellzone and ran by a independent team. No staff from Hellzone or I have any control over their server structure in anyway what so ever. If you are interested feel free to check their server out. I'll go ahead and list their server details down below.

Server Name: SimplestGaming.com PERP | Free-Physgun | LITE-RP
Server IP: 51.222.53.38:27015

From a quick glance you will notice a few things. They give you the Physgun for free and the server aims to be a Lite Roleplay server. They have fewer and simpler rules to follow. The removal of alternative money making systems that were recently added. This limits you to the classic growing and cooking methods for making money illegally. Changed the F1 Rules menu page to a Rules change log for easy access to recent rule changes. We wish them the best of luck on this endeavor.

Sorry about that!

Due to life catching up to all of us, the server needed to be fixed. It should all be working now with the only exception being the NPC animation issues. This is not a gamemode issue, it's a model issue that needs to be looked into and should not affect gameplay.

If you see any problems, let us know on the forums.

PERP Semi-Serious Server Relaunched

So, after learning from last week's mistake, we have fixed a lot of the bugs and have now started the server as a semi-serious until our main serious server comes out, at which point this server will become the lite server.

Our website is currently being installed at http://www.pulsareffect.com and if you have any bugs, contact myself or when the website goes up, post a bug report there.

- Removed colormod, should make it easier to see
- Fixed police playermodel not loading.
- Fixed issue regarding government vehicles being removed
- Fixed issue regarding police cruiser being respawned
- Fixed siren looping (looks like SoundDuration() is messed again)
- Fixed scoreboard not loading on lua refresh
- Added more admin functions to scoreboard
- Fixed blacklists
- Fixed issue with spawning vehicles for medic, fireman and road services
- Fixed players that aren't buddies with vehicle owner being able to get in the car
- Optimized ban control
- Fixed road service workers not being able to spawn a tow truck
- Fixed tow truck hook not working
- Fixed FastDL
- Fixed shrooms giving too much money to cops

- Radio/Sirens are now on H key
- Fixed weed time not rounding properly
- Fixed medic health experience error
- Fixed players being able to chat when unconcious
- Fixed lawbook
- Removed un needed options from F1 menu
- Removed rules, faq html tabs from F1 menu (use scoreboard)
- Removed temp admin tab from scoreboard
