can't wait to gewt myself some proper GAYMING hardware and stop being limited by having to reduce OBS settings just to get decent performance.
(speaking of OBS, i used to have this very silly input overlay plugin, however for past few months i had to disable it due to performance issues that randomly started occuring)

also finally fixed input lag in flycast... by switching from retroarch core to standalone emulator. like, not even joking, input lag in retroarch's flycast is so huge that you don't need to be as sensitive as me to notice it

my yappings about gaming's most weird game genre are too much for mortals to understand tbh...

if you want though, i can also start yapping about how bullet hell tag has been turned from a subgenre (which, by the way, ended up appearing because of bug in one of devkits) into just an aesthetic used by companies and indie developers as a marketing strategy to try being appealing to mainstream audience

recently finally managed to clear DoDonPachi Dai-FukkaTsu (also known as Resurrection in west) original 1.5 arcade mode (fun fact, while 1.0 release exists, it was removed a few months later from arcades and then swapped with 1.5 due to a few issues, which is now the "definitive" way of experiencing game) with standard settings
pretty easy game but ♥♥♥♥ stage 5
