Hello everyone, I am the original owner of Phoenix-RP, I will not be restarting the server due to my tight schedule. I wasn't able to take care of the server which caused huge issues in administration. This was damaging the community and so we had to shut it down. I let Bobo take over, I'm not sure what's happening now.
