@vqs Yes, I open a ticket, I received the answer to save seven days. But now it's been 10 days and have not sent my skin. Listed as pending on the site.

@dioguera Have you checked your e-mail? You will get an e-maim from OnlySkins.com when your time is closing in to redeem the skin. Hower if you think there's an issue at OnlySkins' end, Please contact the Support and be patient.

@‰^#Balázs#^‰ zolkó pls, If you feel like there's a problem at OnlySkins end, please contact the Support. However there's a timelimit when you can redeem the skin. You'll get an email notification when it's ready to be redeemed to your inventory.

When you open a case and get a skin, It takes a while to be possible to redeem it. You will be informed by email when it's ready to be redeemed. Then you click "Redeem", And it'll be sent to your trade offers shortly. Please be patient, Thank you.
