We are aware of an exploit in sex 2 which allows the player stack the virginity ailment and negate the need for the STD and pregnancy protection system.
We would normally work on a fix for this exploit, however, our development team couldn't give any less of a shit, which regrettably means the exploit shall remain in the game.

However, we are glad to announce the release of sex 3, a much more refined, polished and seamless version of the aging sex 2!
