Just to clarify, highlander is 9v9 with 1 of each class. 6v6 is literally 6 vs 6, typically with those classes.

Hey guys! If you all check the tf2 blog, there's some tf2 highlander thingy going on. We can get medals for simply participating (however, it is European, so we'd have to play at Europe time), but, we get a medal for simply participating. Although, it is likey we'll need a couple more people...

C'mon peter, you're one of the most experienced people here... you'd have to go some sort of combat class, as medic is relatively easier to play in general, you should know that! ;)

Lol! Like a pug/scrim/comp match? That'd be so funny, we'd get raped in half. Seriously. Can any of you guys either A) Rocketjump well, B) Use grenades well or C) Two shot people well as a scout? That's what I thought XD 6 v 6 is normal, and that's 2 soldiers 2 scouts 1 demo and 1 medic. So if we can fill up those positions, that'd be funny to try (and get raped) by others.... maybe we could try TF2 lobby if we really really really wanted to try though :S.
