I have 9800 tokens, considering buying raider. It'd be my first big purchase. If it matters Ranger is my favorite class and I love to play him on offense. Thumper is god tier, and the AR is great for close quarters.

Ok /v/ here is the deal, I am looking to start up a Tribes team comprised of mostly /v/irgins. I have a teamspeak server and a server box waiting for the dedicated server software to come out. All I want is for a group of us low lives to get together and actually play the game how it was meant to be played, as in actually talking to each other with dedicated rolls and everyone knowing what they are doing.

The game optimization isn't too bad; I'm floating around 30 frames at 1920x1200 on an i5-2600 and a 5770. Are the issues more prevalent with newer cards?

Is anyone here with an ATI 6000-series GPU getting really bad FPS? I heard it's a problem with that series of cards, because I'm getting less than 30fps no matter grafics options what I set the game to.
