No ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Build is now a semi-permanent server. Ip in comment below. It's designed for purely building and ACF fighting/driving, so it does not have any unrelated addons besides ULX, NPP, PAC and PlayX. This includes weapon mods, custom ragdolls/playermodels and entities. It has 8 slots; but I can expand if I absolutely need to [yeah, right.] We try to keep a calm atmosphere suited to building. Map is usually carcon, but can be changed with popular vote, as usual.
