Permanently enabled Halloween mode.

Added 4 new maps:

mvm_manndarin_final - MVM set in Japan. Relentless bot onslaught. Godzirra!
cp_bladend - Scenic
tc_meridian - Nice lookin map.
cp_marienwerder - impressive medieval map with fort

Hi guys.

Welcome to a true community TF2 server. Use it when you want for whatever you want. It's free and will stay that way.

If you want to be added to the admin list, want new maps uploading, password the server for an event or want reserve slots etc just let us know on the forum. http://lazynutters.com or post here.

Admins - Please be polite and ask current players before changing map. Unless its MVM then just check there's no community members playing.
