Dear Management Team,

I would like to express my gratitude for the clear explanation regarding the “nuke vent cleaning” process. It has been very helpful for my work, and I truly appreciate the guidance. I am also thankful for the new coffee machine, which has been a great addition to the workplace.

On another note, I would like to kindly request if the restrooms could be cleaned more frequently. Unfortunately, there are often visible stains and even excrement on the walls.
