What tool are you trying to load the VPK in?
I guess Itemtoast or TFMV.

I checked the VPK it doesn't have materials, that's the issue, TFMV or Itemtoast expects the vpk to have materials.

ok thank you for your reply, I tried to port them with your jsrf tool and after that I tried to open them with blender or unity but I d'ont understand how these programs work so anyway im giving up thx again...

Hmm I don't know if someone ported it, the models are out there but they'd need to be rigged and compiled for source engine/SFM/gmod.

of jsrf because i saw pictures with jsrf character ragdoll in Gmod but i cant find one and
it would be cool to create SFM animation with JSRF character

Just wondering: does anybody still have the files for The Ragdoll's Rags, Malicious Man-Eater, Willys blasting caps & Sticky kickers, Tobor's Scar, The Cunning Disguise, and The Peacemaker? They're some of my favorite workshop entries that never got the chance to be implemented before the importer came into place.

I am sure they saw it by now, its second top rated all time, its more that its unlikley they'd pick it because its a complex model but also complex item to integrate in terms of stats, if it even could have any use.
