even though you've written RustAdmin I would like to give you a first answer about possible smaller problems when you are using MyRustAdmin.com :
There can be several reasons for an issue like that. Please make sure you add the correct start parameters to your server. You can use this template which should fit your needs:
-rcon.web 1 -rcon.ip "0.0.0.0" -rcon.port 18015 -rcon.password "yourrconpasswordhere"
That way you make sure to enable WebRCON, set the specific RCON port and of course the correct RCON password.
In case you were using RustAdmin before and after your changes it doesn't work anymore, please just remove "-rcon.web 1" from the start parameters. That way you tell you Rust server to use the old RCON version.
After you edited your start parameters please make sure to restart your server. If the issue still persists you may need to get in touch with your server provider as it seems to be a problem with your server.
