It's a problem with TF2

On these servers people's display pics never show on scorebard, only ones from my friends list, on other servers it's fine, is this a known issue or a problem on my end?

Laughter is not at all a bad beginning for a friendship, and it is far the best ending for one. Glad to say i always came and left these servers laughing. Thanks.

#4 seems to be the laggiest server out of all pnr servers, its especially bad on barnblitz.

There was a problem with server #4 earlier tonight. It's all good now.
