I am trying to follow the published instructions, without success.
I am able to create a Single Player Scenario game, but when it is uploaded to GMR, all of the other players are set to AI, with no apparent way to change them to Human Players.

Additionally, these instructions are confusing to me:

I can't find an option for "Custom Game" anywhere in the Single Player setup process.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
