It actually depends on how they programmed it. Without factoring downtime, the easiest way would be to base turn expiration dates based on the date and time of your last move. But if they factored this in, then perhaps not. Still waiting for confirmation from the developers of GMR.

I'm also hoping that when GMR comes up, it will include Beyond Earth. I'm crossing my fingers.,

I want to play BE on GMR, too. I'm looking forward to that working smoothly.
