I am really sorry to hear this Rillithain, I hope you will at least continue to play GMR games.

I can volunteer to take over the administrative stuff of the GMR League, I am pretty good at keeping track of things, managing excel spreadsheets etc, however I am not sure what to do about setting a website as I have zero experience on that front.

Furthermore, I would also lack in the subject of coming up with interesting theme ideas.

Therefore, I would be most useful if I am part of a team that administers the League, rather than be the sole admin.

I am not sure if you are getting GMR messages reporting results, maybe you are tracking the results offline but just were not able to update the website as it says it was last updated on March 31st. Since then I have reported that I won 2 games and there is 1 game I have lost that I am sure the winners reported. The more time passes, the easier it is to forget results and I believe lack of updates is decreasing the interest in the League every day.

In order to help keep the GMR League alive, I have volunteered to do the administrative work in my above post. There does not seem to be any other volunteers that can help me with the website part of it, therefore I think I will also find a solution for that myself, if/when you approve and share data.

Hi, I haven't been in a League Game for a while, which is probably the reason why I didn't notice this post earlier. Thanks for Hoagie to point this out in our league conversation. But I still like the concept of competitions and special themes in GMR games, because it gives you that much more than a regular Civ game and you try that much harder to win to have good results in the league. Since I have some spare time at my hands right now, I am volunteering to develop a new website for the League. However, I can not provide a server to run it on, so we would have to settle for a free hosting service. Since we currently do not have Rillithains spreadsheet I propose to restart the League from scratch. This of course doesn't mean, that all our efforts in previous games are in vain, but as pointed out the interest in the League has declined and therefore a new start if not a change of the overall concept might be necessary to keep it alive. Hopefully we can start a discussion about it because we should consider changes before setting up things like administration and website again.
