"error retrieving the save file"
I can't download any save of my turns (actually there're four), i've this message " there was an error ... please see the debugs log ..."
I've the same issue from different computers ...
What can I do ?

I had the same error while trying to download a save file through GMR Desktop Client. Then, I tried downloading the same save file through the GMR Website and it worked!

I was able to upload the new save file through the GMR Desktop Client.

I do not have any other games that my turn is up at the moment, so I can not test another save file through the GMR Desktop Client, but with this limited data I can say that the workaround is to download save files from the GMR website.

Exactly the same here. Downloads won't work through the client, but work when done manually. Uploads through the client are fine.

"Yep, sorry about that but in one of the changes we made to improve performance yesterday we broke save downloading for the GMR Client. However we've just now got it working again! Please let us know if you experience any other issues."
