Black list of users

Sometimes users specialy join to game and do not make they movements. Other players forced to wait until timer skip the player.
I see two steps that can help in this situation:
- give ability to add user to personal black list to avoid joining/creating games with this users;
- give ability to see last movement date of user when hover to user avatar.

I agree that is is annoying , but unfortunately there is currently no way to combat it really . The only way you can is look at the statistics of the user. That works only reliable in private games though. Also in the current GMR nothing will change anymore. All the development goes into the new GMR. Look in the group to that if you have ideas how to implement it.
