As usual it's impossible to gauge interest as the Steam group notifications and events thing is hot garbage that's not even very hot.

There literally is no group messaging or admin messaging. The only way to create a persistent note that pops up like a porn ad is to schedule an event and use that as a message.

I am starting to think that I was drawing 500W peak use, which would explain the crash, but why wouldn't some heavy hitter like GTA5 do it when CK2 did. I think it was the rail that supplies the CPU specifically and that games that make more multi-core use must have triggered the crash... weirdest ♥♥♥♥.

Based on what I know about the contents of your PC, you were probably drawing in the 400 W range at peak use.

So changing my old 500W PSU to a new 650W PSU made my hard drive stop making a noise. What the literal ♥♥♥♥? Is it possible that I was exactly at the edge of the power band? So confused.
