Hey all, it's _Minor_Miner_. I'm happy to see that people are still checking by the group and I love the nostalgia that comes with seeing your names and remembering what we did together.

I just had a lovely chat with a prior user and I'm going to try to get the server back and running again for old time's sake. I still have the original war map along with several copies of the creative maps through time, along with the original plugins and configs.

I'll be getting the server together and put back up soon using an old version of Minecraft over the next few days. Watch this space, and I hope to reunite with you all soon!

Wow, it's been a hot minute eh? I was going about my daily life and suddenly the server IP popped into my head. I suddenly felt nostalgic and decided to leave this comment here for any of the old minserv folks.. I may not be well rememberd because I mostly did stuff with ArailLavaWolf and SoperMinerLuigi and I need to see your old names instead of ya'lls current steam ones to remember you. The old server was probably the one I spent the most time on and hopefully one day we can do another reunion in the 2020's! :) - Ratchetman99 (I regret having that name at one point lol)

Hello everyone. It's unlikely a lot of you will see this, but like my message from one year ago, I wish to talk with you all again and possibly relive the old days of the Minserv server. We had a brief reunion last year, and it brought back a lot of memories. Hopefully, we can do that again.

I'm not really sure if anyone is going to see this, but if any comes across this I'm JackGhost115. Hopefully one day, we will all talk and see each other again like the good old times.

Everyone, this is pengin_masta here. I'm pleased to announce that I will be hosting mineserv, with minor doing all the administration. We will hopefully have a few custom plugins written by the one and only_minor_miner_, and a similar but updated experience of creative and war! The server should be up in a little over a week. We hope to see all of you soon!

Been a while since anyone has posted here. For reference, Cap is doing what he can for now. But Mineserv still wont be up for a long while, at least, until Cap is able to get something other than the HP that he has.

Cap has approved, and I shall post: If you want/NEED an alternative to Mineserv's Bukkit server, my server should be taken in for suggestions, as even though it is growing, I'll try to make it so that you can have just as much/more fun than on Mineserv. Cap, Minor, and Pengin are all in the "Owner" group on it, so they should be able to help you with the whole "Mineserv Experience" thingy that you may want. But, back to the point, I am just suggesting this as a minor replacement for the time being of the errors with the current Mineserv. Who knows, it may even have some benefits to it that Mineserv did not, as one is that it is not advertised, so it would not have any noobs to come on and grief your builds.

We are currently having some issues with Cap hosting the Bukkit version of Mineserv, as it has lately been crashing his computer and causing issues that we'd prefer not to go through. I am posting this comment to inform everyone of this. Also that we aren't in need of different hosts, so don't even ask about it, as the only two people that Cap even trusts with it are myself and the orignal Minor. Since Cap is having some issues, I'll need to get some permission from Cap to say this, so I will mention it next post.

And colors for each world is also working again.

Multiverse-Core is back up and working, just sending this out to inform people.

I know why fire spreads; The fire is spreading because of the WorldGuard plugin having compatability issues with your current version of CraftBukkit; The solution that I would say would be to update the current CraftBukkit up to the very latest version.

And one last thing, if anyone knows why fire spreads, pleasse leave a comment, telling why, and a way to fix it. Thank you.

I like how my comment out did qav's comment :P And seriously, guys, we will actually remove all of the inactive Admins that are out there. Yes you, iAmProok. Unless any of you make a come back, we will be removing your admin status. I am not saying you will not get it back, but if you actually come back and help us, then we will re-think it and promote you to Admin, or whatever we want you to be. -CaptainZuzlike

[creative][SuperAdmin] qav: I would support the comment that Cap just posted, as I am the only active SuperAdmin that still lives, and also, Cap and I cannot do all this work by ourselves, so we do need assistance from not only the Admins and SuperAdmins old and new, but Mods could lend a hand too, as they have power to ban, check griefs, and all things similar, so please, if you get the chance at any time when Mineserv is up, then come on and help, we could really use it. Please tell me if this is a bit of a messed up post, as I am no speech giver.

[creative][Google] CaptainZuzlike: It has been a while since I have started hosting, and I honestly think I need more help then I am getting. The only person that I am getting help from, currently, is qav, who is working his anus off trying to ban griefers, roll back griefs, basically the same stuff I am doing. If you are an Admin, or SuperAdmin, and you haven't been on recently, we need you! So many Normals are joining, and it is pressure accumilating on myself and qav, so help would be thanked. I am not saying if you don't join, you are bad, I just need help from a few old and new Admins on our good ol' Mineserv! And region is on Saturday, so wish me luck!

Also, how is BlabVoid (Admin) an Administrator of the group, unlike people like the host (CaptainZuzlike), or the Co-Owner (Pengin_Masta), or the only active SuperAdmin (Me)? And one more thing, will Prook or Sinking come back? I never see them on, and they (used) to be good staff that were on the server a lot.
