To everyone wondering if the mod is dead, it's not. A dedicated group of fans is still updating the mod on a almost daily basis. You can find the newest version at https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/index.php?threads/mod-middle-earth-project.665444/

hello guys, please tell me where i can download middle earth mod?! i have downloaded it from moddb.com but it does not work

I have downloaded the mod, but whenever I go to the stage of launching it the screen just flickers and reverts back to the desktop. Also, I have downgraded CK2 to version 2.2.1 so it isn't a problem with the version.

so i downloaded this mod and was veryyyyy excited about it, bit Its done everything from crash to blank event pop ups, now its starting, loading and then showing the normal game(france england egypt ect) still in the middle earth format. Some one please help, im going to rip my hair out(BTW i took screen shots but dont know howto post them)
