Damn. I did not expect to see CS:GO scamspams in a very inactive steamgroup.
I kicked that guy (steam doesnt allow for ban sadly), and also made sure something like this won't happen again (read below)

This steamgroup is more or less "replaced" in all its usage, from the Discord, so the Announcements tab can only be used by me to confirm no one will abuse it again.
after all, discord is where the GN/Hosting announcements happen nowadays

Apologies again for the spam happening in the first place, it must have been real annoying if you were online at that time, but it won't happen again, that's for sure

I suggest making announcements mod+ (or however you do that.) and ofc. remove these silly people

Ban these stupid spamming ♥♥♥♥♥ in the announcements with their "free $100" and "free csgo skins" scams. Can delete all their trash but they just re-spam later on.

Too much effort to be worth. Updating in wc3 is the goal right now, since it is far from "stable" or "finished".

Well, installing wc3 (RoC+TFT) with a decent internet takes 5-10 minutes, but its mostly a balanced-bugfix version :steammocking:

I did similar breaks from wc3 like you. It matters not if u followed it all the way through as long you have fun playing it :steamhappy: Well, such maps are not what the majority likes, so yeah limited population happens, but that "limited population" can still fill up an 12 players' lobby :steammocking:

Honestly i did a BIG break from WC3. I played stuff like Parasite 2 when it was still considered 'fresh' and also played some Metastasis later on - i didnt exactly follow it all the way through but when i last played (maybe 1-2 years ago?) The lobbies were much better :)

But in the end i always found that many people dislike such maps (who is the killer style) and the population was always limited.

Well, idk when you started looking for people, we are/were playing daily until patch 1.28 came up, which caused many bugs, so wait patiently for 1.8.2c hotfix2 to see the 12 player lobbies again, but anyway, Hello! :steamhappy:

When you host, use the announce button so others can see :steamhappy: (and delete the announcement when you are at loading screen, so announcements don't flood/spam :steammocking: )
