So anyone else in Australia experience terrible lag in random groups? Ie 'I shot that guy...I know I shot that guy...1, 2, 3...oh, there he goes.' kind of lag?

i think i found a bug. when the first husks appear i'm supposed to shoot them but i killed them with singularity at their spawn point. now the admiral keeps telling me to shoot the husks over and over but there are no husks. is there a different way to get past this point?
