a bit more of a physics question than a math question - if an object is redshifted by 3500 km/s (1.1675% the speed of light) how do I calculate how many microns the wavelength will be shifted?

@XO LIF3, The SAT is only difficult because they try to trip you up and they give you an absurd time limit. There is no test in the world quite like it and you have to study for the SAT rather than study mathematics. It is a stupid system in my opinion and it doesnt test anything. One is supposed to take their time with a math problem not rush through it.
