报告翻译问题
I have screenshots if really necessary but it should be obvious by logs. Please give us either more admins or an ability to votekick/ban. I understand the owner of the server does not wish to take on more admins, but there are plenty of active players who can take on an admin role, even a reduced admin privelege, just so we can kick/ban players like this.

I really like this server but it's impossible to reach admin and sometimes (like now) we have kids cheating and cant do anything about it.
I know it's not easy for admin to rule every little thing but some help will be appriciated :)

I think we need more support on the server...
Cheaters are constantly coming to the server, and i think no one likes to play with cheaters.
Write in chat "!admin" or "@admin" doesn't work, maybe because there is no one to fill the gap...
The same happens with "Voteban" or "Votekick".
I think you should be more close to the users of the server, and be ready to help, if anyone needs help, of course you guys are not supermans, and you can't be always on the server, neither help everytime we need help. But what im asking is for even if you can't be on the server 24/7 try at least to be 2 or 3 hours per day.

Ive been playing a lot on this server recently. It seems to be the more popular of the UK servers out there and most of the players I have had the fortune of playing with have been legit - unfortunately there seems to be one or six players that come back regularly who blatently cheat.
I know admins cannot be around at all times but there seems to be a lack of admins on this server whatsoever - I think in the month that I have been on this server I have seen the server owner once and not one admin.
Whenever a request for an admin such as !admin or @admin is used in chat us players get told we do not have access to this feature... Plussing on the fact that there is no option for Votekick or Voteban (even if it was a 30 min ban maximum) we are deffenseless.
I just wanted to raise these issues with you... If you could please look at making a couple of the more regular players there admins (or people that you have known for a while an admin) this will relieve a lot of the stress and frustration that we are feeling due to cheats.

IS this really the sort of thing players have to put up with ?
sv_minrate 25000 - noticing a lot of low rate players, this will stop it
mp_forcecamera 1 - noticing a fair bit of ghosting between players, this will stop/prevent it
bot_quota - lower than 16, the more bots puts more stress on server cpu resulting in a slower server
sv_enablebunnyhopping 0 - this is just annoying, turn it off lol
other than them few lines that need changing or adding, the server is a good server and i will continue being a regular player on there :)
